Atala Noir™ is a 12-week identity and influence experience for Black women in technology who are ready to stop performing for recognition and start leading from alignment.
This is not a program about chasing titles, fixing perceived gaps, or doing more to prove worth.
It is a journey designed to help you reclaim who you are as a leader, understand how influence truly moves within systems, and rise without exhaustion, isolation, or self-erasure.
Rooted in the symbolism of the Atala butterfly—rare, resilient, and once thought to be disappearing—Atala Noir™ honors the lived reality of Black women in tech while offering a new way forward: one grounded in clarity, strategy, and collective flight.
Over twelve weeks, participants move through a carefully designed arc that centers identity first, then builds influence as an extension of alignment rather than performance. You will explore how to lead with presence instead of urgency, how to be visible without depletion, and how to navigate power without abandoning yourself.
Atala Noir™ is guided by five foundational pillars:
This experience blends reflection, strategic insight, community, and intentional practice. It creates space for stillness as much as action, for integration as much as growth, and for sisterhood as a source of strength rather than competition.
Atala Noir™ is for the woman who knows she is becoming something more—but refuses to burn herself out to get there.
This is not about being louder.
It is about being undeniable.
This is not about flying alone.
It is about learning how to rise together.
Atala Noir exists because Black women in technology were never meant to disappear—
yet too often, we are treated as if we are rare by accident instead of by design.
Like the Atala butterfly, we have been called endangered,
misunderstood, overlooked, and underestimated.
Not because we lack brilliance—
but because the systems we move through were never built to recognize our full power.
So we adapted.
We learned how to survive.
We learned how to carry excellence quietly.
We learned how to work twice as hard, speak twice as clearly, and ask for half as much.
But survival is not the same as leadership.
And exhaustion is not the cost of greatness.
Atala Noir exists to mark the end of that chapter.
This is not a space for proving.
This is a space for becoming.
Atala Noir exists to restore identity before influence—
because when a woman knows who she is,
she no longer negotiates her presence.
It exists to teach what is rarely named:
This is not about climbing faster.
It is about flying truer.
Atala Noir rejects the lie that Black women must rise alone.
We were told, “No one is coming for us,”
and we learned independence as protection.
But Atala Noir offers a different truth:
We do not escape systems one by one—we change how we move through them together.
This is collective flight.
This is shared elevation.
This is sisterhood as strategy.
Here, our uniqueness is not something to soften or translate.
It is depth.
It is intelligence.
It is elegance.
It is power refined.
Here, leadership is not performance.
It is alignment.
It is discernment.
It is knowing when to speak, when to move, and when to be still.
Atala Noir exists for the woman who feels the shift—
who knows she is no longer meant to overextend, over explain, or over function just to be considered worthy of the room.
It exists for the woman who understands that ascension is not a title to earn, but a state of being to embody.
This is a journey— through identity, through influence, through intentional ascension.
Not toward visibility at any cost.
But toward leadership that endures.
Atala Noir exists to remind us:
we were never meant to vanish.
We were meant to be seen in full flight.
And we were never meant to fly alone.

Who you are determines how you lead.
Atala Noir™ begins with identity because leadership rooted in self-knowledge is sustainable, grounded, and powerful. Before influence can be extended outward, clarity must exist within. This pillar centers values, voice, and self-trust as the foundation for how you move, decide, and lead.

Power does not require depletion.
Influence is not built through overwork or constant availability. This pillar teaches how power actually moves—through discernment, timing, and strategic presence—so leadership no longer comes at the cost of energy, health, or peace.

We rise faster and farther together.
Atala Noir™ rejects isolation as a leadership strategy. This pillar affirms that growth, influence, and legacy are strengthened through community, shared wisdom, and intentional sisterhood. Ascension is not a solo journey—it is collective flight.

Presence without pretending.
Leadership is not a role to perform—it is a posture to embody. This pillar invites leaders to release over-preparation, people-pleasing, and constant proving, and instead lead from congruence, clarity, and internal alignment. True authority does not require performance.

Ascension is a state of being, not a destination.
Atala Noir™ honors evolution over urgency. This pillar recognizes that growth unfolds through reflection, integration, and trust in the process. Leadership is not about arrival—it is about continual becoming, shaped over time.
